PRINCIPAL

Welcome to Trinity West Elementary! I'm CJ Chairge, your new principal. I'm thrilled to lead our school community, especially as we celebrate Trinity Area School District's 100th birthday this year.

My journey in education began at Misericordia University in Dallas, PA, where I earned my BS and teaching certifications in Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (PK-12). I later completed my MS in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University. My experience spans various roles, including paraprofessional and Middle School Life Skills Support Teacher at Norwin School District, Principal and Supervisor of Special Education with the Intermediate Unit 1 Campus at Waynesburg, and Middle School Assistant Principal at Elizabeth Forward School District.

Trinity West is committed to a student-centered approach, focusing on each child's growth, well-being, and success. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and open communication. Together, we can create an exceptional learning environment for your children and continue the century-long legacy of excellence in our district.

As a proud Trinity resident, I understand and value our community. My wife, daughter, and I (along with our four dogs and cat!) are honored to call this area home.
